Nicole Weingart/E! Entertainment(LOS ANGELES) — Has Khloé Kardashian finally had enough of Tristan Thompson?
A source tells People magazine that after working at repairing their relationship, after the pro basketball player was caught cheating on her six months ago — just days before she gave birth to their daughter True — it looks like a breakup may be in the cards.
“She very much seems over Tristan,” says the insider. “Not sure how they went from fine to being apart for weeks, but Khloé is doing great.”
According to the source, The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is focused on raising her daughter these days, noting, “It’s amazing to see what a great mom she is and how much she enjoys it. She is very much just focused on the happy things in her life. True, of course, makes her the happiest.”
Speculation over the status of Khloé and Tristan’s relationship heated up when Khloé, put off accompanying him from her home in Los Angeles to Ohio, where he plays with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
And it doesn’t look like she plans on joining him any time soon, adds the source, who says, “It doesn’t seem to bother her that she isn’t with Tristan in Cleveland. She seems to know what she wants in her life right now. And it definitely doesn’t seem like she wants to be with Tristan.”
“Khloé isn’t saying that she and Tristan split. It seems she hasn’t decided yet what she wants to do about their relationship,” another insider told the magazine last week. “And she seems fine about this.”
“No one is pushing for her to go back to Cleveland to be with Tristan. This will be her decision to make,” adds the source.
