C’mon…Taylor Swift can’t hog all the limelight today with new album release information, right?
Demi Lovato jumped on Twitter Wednesday afternoon to announce that her new album will be called Tell Me You Love Me, and that it’ll be available September 29. It’s available for pre-order starting at midnight.
Her post also includes a brief clip of the album’s title track, an impassioned mid-tempo ballad with booming drums.
Demi will perform the album’s first single, “Sorry Not Sorry,” at this Sunday night’s MTV VMAs. She told ABC Radio last Friday that the album’s sound will be more of R&B/pop, rather than just straight ahead pop, because that’s how she feels her voice sounds naturally.
As previously reported, Taylor’s new album Reputation is out November 10.
