Jeffrey Mayer/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — Arielle Kebbel, about to be seen in theaters in 50 Shades Free, has taken to social media in an effort to try to find her sister, who apparently went missing last week.

On Instagram, Kebbel noted Sunday night that her sister Julia was last seen walking her chocolate lab Cindy around 11 p.m. Wednesday night, in the Silver Lake community.

The actress posted a picture of the missing woman and her dog, explaining her sister, “Weighs about 105 pounds. Fair skin. Bleach blonde short hair. She has tattoos on both forearms,” along with description of the distinctive ink.

Kebbel said, “My family and I are asking for any and all information that may help in our search for my sister, Julia. We are so grateful and touched by the incredible support we have received from everyone. We are hopeful that she is safe and will not stop looking until she is back home with us.”

Kebbel asks anyone who sees her sister or spots the dog to contact the Los Angeles Police Department at 213-996-1800, or KlaasKIDS at 855-733-5567.

Another actress, Kim Catrall, turned to social media over the weekend for information on her missing brother, Christopher. Unfortunately, he was later found dead.
